The Second Chance Program was specifically designed for people that are facing financial difficulty (e.g. foreclosure, bankruptcy) and have gotten behind on their mortgage payments. They could have fallen behind for any given reason and they are unable to resolve their financial issue through traditional means such as reinstating their existing loan or qualifying for a cash-out refinance.

This Program has become the preferred service among our clients because it "effectively" allows them to refinance their loan while including any back payments (and even pull out equity for greatly needed cash). No one else offers this.

There are some required qualification for this program though they are much less stringent than for traditional options.
