Our mission

Hello! I am Francois Tessier. I have been a real estate investor since 2006. Since then I have met many people facing financial difficulty. I made it my mission to help people keep their homes. I discovered several methods that a homeowner can use to keep their home. Some of these approaches are short term options while others provide a longer term solution. Nothing makes me happier than to see that I was able to keep a family in their home. In 2024, I founded Texas Equity Heroes with the goal of helping as many people as possible. I discovered the Second Chance Program which is the most powerful approach I have seen for homeowners in distress, allowing them to effectively refinance their loan. If you are having difficulty, my team and I would truly love to help you.

We also have affiliations with other lenders so even though you may not be facing financial difficulty we may be able to point you in the right direction to get the loan you need.
